1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have exactly 30 calendar days after the date your apparel item was delivered to request an official return.

2. Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return and full refund, your clothing items must be in the exact same condition that you received them:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original, resellable condition.
  • Complete with all original garment tags, labels, and accessories attached.
  • Enclosed securely in their original product packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process, you must contact our customer support team directly at [email protected] with your order number and the clear reason for your return request. Returns sent back to our Delaware business address without prior authorization, verification, and formal approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Method & Shipping Labels

Once your return request is officially approved by our support team, your return package will be handled via the following logistics method:

  • Return Method: By Mail.
  • Label Delivery Method: We will email you a downloadable and printable prepaid PDF shipping label. You must print this label out and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

5. Return Shipping Fees

The financial responsibility for return shipping costs depends entirely on the underlying reason for your return request:

  • For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products: If the apparel item arrives broken, damaged by the carrier, defective in its manufacturing, or we accidentally shipped the wrong size/item, buybies.com covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label via email at absolutely no cost to you.
  • For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind, Wrong Size Selection, etc.): If you changed your mind, selected the wrong variant, or simply do not want the clothing item anymore, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. The exact cost of the return shipping label will be deducted directly from your final refund total.

6. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any hidden fees, processing charges, processing overhead, or restocking fees on items returned to us. The restocking fee across our entire store is strictly $0.00.

7. Refund Processing & Timeline

We will notify you immediately via email once we have received and finished inspecting your returned package at our facility. If the return is formally approved, your refund will be automatically processed and issued straight back to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your credit card company or banking institution may require additional processing time to clear and post the transaction to your financial statement.
